1. General Operations Policy
• We operate box trucks and freight vehicles in compliance with all local, state, and
federal transportation regulations.


2. Booking & Scheduling
• All shipments must be scheduled at least 24/48 hours in advance unless
emergency services are requested.

• Clients must provide accurate information including freight dimensions, weight, pick-up and drop-off details.
• A confirmation email or contract is required before dispatch.


3. Payment Policy
• Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged in a written contract.

• Late payments may incur.


4. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made 12/24 hours before scheduled pick-up time.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a flat fee cancellation charge.


5. Liability & Insurance
• We carry cargo and liability insurance in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

• Claims for damaged or lost freight must be reported within 48-72 hours of
delivery.


6. Freight Restrictions
We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials 

• Live animals

• Perishables without proper storage accommodations

• Illegal or unregistered goods

7. Safety & Compliance
• Our vehicles are maintained regularly and inspected for DOT compliance.

• Drivers follow all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.



8. Customer Responsibilities
• Ensure accessibility for loading and unloading.

• Provide necessary loading equipment if applicable (e.g., forklifts, dock access).


9. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect our clients’ confidentiality. All customer data, shipment details, and business
transactions are kept secure and are never shared without consent.
